About Me
Hello! I'm the founder of Thought Penny and the VA Lead Network.
I started as a virtual assistant and went through all the struggles of getting started and questioning whether I was making the best decisions.
I now manage a fully remote team across Australia and harness their shared passion for technology and business management to streamline and automate business systems. We assist our clients with EA support, general admin, social media, websites, business management systems and much more.
After more than 17 years of organising businesses and becoming certified with Think RAPT ™, Keap, Asana and Zapier… I've realised that my happy place is where I'm constantly challenged with new problems and implementing new cut-through methods to help my clients reach goals and impress their clients.
I am in my element turning chaos into clarity and structure, moving businesses forward and transforming ideas into reality with both an organised and creative approach.
I love coaching business owners (that includes VAs and OBMs!) on effective marketing, converting sales, business workflows and customer journeys.

- Over 17 years of experience in personal assistant (PA) and executive assistant (EA) roles
- Have been (and still am!) running my own successful VA business since 2013
- I am the founder and owner of the VA Lead Network, which I started in 2020. I am responsible for designing and building the automations you see and those you don't
