About Me

Hi there👋 ! I'm Ruth - Executive Coach, Mentor & International Speaker.

I help experienced Executive Assistants progress into higher level roles so they can achieve a renewed sense of career satisfaction and increase their income and impact!

How? By teaching clients how to adopt a strategic mindset, effectively communicate their value, lead their own development & build meaningful professional relationships. Supporting assistants to continue to climb and build fulfilling careers.

Additionally, I also work with executive assistant clients to create and build their own service-based businesses (strengths include: marketing, sales, offers, brand & public speaking).

I founded Hoxton Hyde - Executive Coaching + Mentoring in 2018, providing 1:1 and group programs for experienced Executive Assistants (for those in both office-based and remote roles).
