About Me
I’m Ashlee, and I help ambitious women build and grow a thriving virtual assistant business on their own terms.
Since 2021 I have helped over 180 women get started in their VA journey through a range of group coaching, self-paced and mentoring services.
I love supporting women to find success outside of the 9-5, giving them the freedom to work flexibly around their families. I am proud to have created an incredible community inside both my VA Mastery program and, of course, the Startup Virtual Assistants Australia FREE Facebook group.
I truly believe in the concept of community over competition.
My core difference is that I share a simple framework to get started and grow, but most importantly, it’s tailored around your values, goals, capacity and lifestyle so that you create a business that is sustainable and uniquely yours.

- Prior background as a career coach and HR professional spanning over 8 years
- Skilled in assessing clients transferable skills, job opportunities and selling techniques from my corporate background

- Modern and updated knowledge of business and the VA industry through upskilling & investing in ongoing personal development

- Diploma of Business Human Resources Management
