About Me
I’m Sinead, and I help ambitious women build and scale virtual businesses that actually work in school hours. I’ve spent the last 5+ years running my own fully booked VA/OBM business supporting Australian television personality clients, while growing a coaching brand that blends strategy, systems, and bold leadership. Along the way I’ve been recognised with national awards and featured as a co-author in Purpose & Passion. I’m also a mum and a director in a second business, which means everything I teach is grounded in real life.
